No fee or financing obligation
Accepted properties are featured without a listing fee. Property exposure is not conditioned on using Timothy J. Fox, FBC Mortgage, Inc. or any particular lender, attorney, inspector, title company or other provider. Buyers and sellers remain free to choose their own professionals.
