Hey there!

I’m a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) licensed in New York and New Jersey and the creator of the “Mortgage by Fox FSBO Property Hub.”

Before entering the mortgage industry, I built my professional background in management, business-to-business sales, and leadership development. I’m also a retired United States Marine, and I hold a Master’s degree in business management.

So, why create a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) property listing site?

I created the FSBO Property Hub after seeing the same problem in the real estate market:

Owners who choose to sell their homes themselves often run into trouble.

While they may have amazing homes and great stories, they do not always have access to professional marketing resources to position the property in the best way.

Without those resources, it can be more difficult for a property to attract timely attention from serious buyers.

The Mortgage by Fox FSBO Property Hub gives owners of homes, multifamily buildings, and income properties a professional place to feature their properties at no charge.

A hands-on process

I collaborate directly with each owner to understand the property and identify its strongest features.

Speaking to the owner on the phone gives me a chance to dig a little deeper and play detective. That way, we can create a presentation that will help the property attract attention from prospective buyers.

A personal conversation often reveals important improvements, neighborhood advantages, and property details that might be overlooked by simply uploading a blurb and some photos to an online form.

Owners whose properties are accepted for the site will receive a professionally written property page and a shareable social-media flyer for their own use. Each owner reviews and approves the presentation before it is published on the Mortgage by Fox FSBO Property Hub.

I will also share featured properties through my Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts, which focus on real estate.

Who the site serves

This site is limited to properties offered directly by their owners. It includes traditional FSBO homes as well as owner-direct multifamily, mixed-use, and income properties across New York and New Jersey.

In addition to featuring properties, the site provides practical education for sellers and buyers. Owners can use the FSBO Seller Guide to better understand preparation, pricing, photography, marketing, showings, offers, and the path to closing.

Buyers can use the Buyer Mortgage Guide and Learning Center to explore the mortgage process and major financing categories, including Conventional, FHA, VA, state-supported programs, renovation financing, Non-QM, and DSCR loans.

These guides are not exhaustive, but they provide a great place to start. The guides will be reviewed and updated periodically.
